System ENTRAS compared to its competition offers much higher level of safety which uses the same technology as contactless credit cards. Construction properties of the system also offer high reliability.

Access media

Thanks to NFC technology and standards ISO/IEC 14443A and B (MIFARE, Ntag, etc.), many different “tags” from a number of manufacturers can be used to identify a user. Despite the high degree of standardization in this field, the quality, sensitivity and reliability of the individual tags differ. Most modern systems are based on this technology, so it is possible to use most currently used cards (payment cards, public transport cards, etc.)


  • NFC Technology – zero possibility of duplicating access media. Credit cards can be used as access media.
  • Cards and users’ data are stored on SD card as hash. This prevents from misuse of personal data in case of theft of SD.
  • To administer the system, the administrator card must be used.

  • Possibility to set different levels of permissions for the administrator cards (Superadmin, Admin and Loger level).
  • Possibility of creation of time intervals in which the access media can be used.
  • Possibility of separation reading antenna from a main module, which unables illegal access to outputs.

Construction and technical properties

  • Possibility of connection up to two antennas to the main module. Therefore, it is possible, for example, to record arrival and departure. For each antenna, different time intervals can be set (so the user can, for instance, be accepted only for passage in one direction in a specific time period).
  • Two programmable outputs on the main module. The main module can control other outputs installed on this bus RS485.
  • Two programmable inputs on the reader board. When the input is activated, it is possible to define which actions will be executed (activated outputs). Other inputs can be connected via the interface RS485. Inputs are set in the same way as users. Inputs can also be used while making rules and their connection can be used as a condition.
  • An integrated battery saves the current time. Battery depletion is signalized.
  • Possibility of interconnecting of individual readers to a main minicomputer, which collects data from individual readers and facilitates programming of larger systems. Individual readers work always autonomously. Communication between readers is monitored.
  • In case of usage of the minicomputer we are able to connect the system to Ethernet, thus to the Internet. This enables easy remote management and setting of the system.
  • Power supply 5 – 20 V DC.
  • Construction of printed circuits enables an installation to the most frequently used junction boxes or directly to panels to door entry systems.



  • Storage information of each entrance. Number of data record is limited only of the size of the SD card.
  • Numbers of users are not limited.
  • Programing by integrated WiFi. WiFi activation is carried out by a special ID card and it is deactivating after programing. 
  • Programing reader by WEB interface, which is optimized for cellular phones.
  • Transmission of configuration between readers by export from first and import to the other (it is possible by cellular phone).

  • Possibility to create or edit the reader settings offline using desktop applications and then import the configuration to the reader.
  • Transfer of configuration between the individual readers by export and subsequent import into the second reader (available via a mobile phone). Readers can work in MASTER/SLAVE mode when user administration is performed only in the reader MASTER.
  • For each access medium (ID card), different controlled outputs can be set to. The individual users are put into groups, while each group can run another rule (sequence of events) and a different timetable can be assigned to it.
  • Free programming of events (rules) that are executed after putting the card or activating input.
    Example: The rule closes relay 1 for 1s, waits for 2s, closes relay 2 for 1s (the pause is triggered at the start of the rule, it means that the delay between opening relay 1 and closing relay 2 is 1s):

  • Processing and export of data about individual passages via WiFi. Data can be filtered and displayed on the screen or exported. Exported data can be further processed in a desktop application.
  • Use of conditional inputs (when performing the rule, the system is waiting for entry, if the specified interval elapses, it activates the error rule).Processing and export of information about entrances by WiFi, RS485 or by Ethernet bus.
